Sometimes it just feels good to get down and dirty. Wait til you see my red belly.

I love all the different colors in his fur. Like…if I’d never seen this blog, I’d probably think coyotes were just straight grayishbrownish, but Charlie actually isn’t and that’s neat.

Hum, wouldn’t that be a Yot-e’-hole? Yot-e’-holey-who? Charlie’s new yodel….
I just crack myself up sometimes…..

By the look on his face I’m thinking he would prefer a couple of feet of snow!

What a BEAUTY, that red dirt boy.
He’s so photogenic.

Hunker in the bunker. The game of nip the coyote on the butt with Cloe is getting a bit wild!

“I dug this hole, I turned around in it three times, it’s mine, Chloe. Find your own.”

Look at that expression! He’s determined to fit in that hole. I love this photo. :)

Charlie is such a beautiful animal, I have enjoyed the photos and book from the begining. I still think you should write a childrens book from Charlies perspective. Children learn so much about accepting the unique and different from stories like his. Thanks so much for sharing your lives with us, it truely enriches our lives. Lois

I think a children’s book from Charlie’s perspective would be great. Heck, an adult book from Charlie’s perspective would be great. But it would really help children to think differently of different animals. Just because they can’t speak doesn’t mean they don’t have thoughts and feelings just like we do.
